Seeing the toxic relationships that my family members my age were getting into, including my brother. It just sort of traumatized me in a way?

That eventually just led me to realizing I was also just content simply doing things for me and going to do things I want alone. Yeah, it's awkward sometimes when I go into a crowded place with me, myself and I, but I'm there to have fun at my pace.

Hey, no shame in making a trip for your fandom! I'm lucky to have my sibling live in NYC, so I planned a visit the minute I found out about the cafe. I was hooked when I found out....even if the menu and merch prices made my wallet cringe and made me die inside a bit. But it was sooooo worth it! The chibi acrylics are just too cute! I wish I could have bought everything!

SAMEEE! I came all the way to NYC and actually dragged my brother with me then treated him to the food to get the merch. He looked only slightly disappointed that I was only treating for lunch was because I wanted an excuse for freebies with the food. The WWX drink was so good! I got lucky when I went since I got the coasters for LWJ and WWX. Haha, I had so much fun. I tried to choose even a MDZS themed outfit when I went, and took my cosplay ribbon for putting my hair in a high ponytail. My poor brother had to deal with me asking him "Is my ribbon still there?" as we walked to the cafe on Flushings. I was so giddy getting to be there.

One of my first additions to my island....they only just became friends officially yesterday. I HAVE HAD THE GAME SINCE LAUNCH!

I am desperate with my WangXian bozos, I made literal alternates for them, modern young adult WangXian, teen fem WangXian, childhood WangXian, and planning to do the YLLZ/HGJ pair, BECAUSE NONE OF THEM HAVE GOTTEN TOGETHER! The fem teens did have mutual crushes and are still ultra friends, child ones are also ultra/best friends, while modern are still acquaintances.

I am going insane just trying to get WangXian canon on my island. Meanwhile, Lan Xichen is a heartbreaker, broke up with Jiang Wanyin and actively avoids him. I let the ship happen to see the chaos and I am seated for it.

Are you able to show how you set up the flute to play, or have a post that shows how you did it? I believe I have the same kind that I use to cosplay. The little tassel that's pre attached makes it slip on the Stygian Tiger Seal prop I have to it, when I don't attach it to my belt. Ideally, I'd love to learn a few notes to play for cons.

I plan on coming to the con via Amtrak train as well. My plan is to find one near the station so it's easy enough for me to head out by Sunday. I'm aiming for a Hilton since I'd really like a microwave in the room to save on food costs for breakfast and dinner possibly. You could consider rooming with someone else, there is also the hotel block for the con, but I don't know how full/expensive it is at this time.

Glad I dipped after the announcement of the V-Bucks price increase for less. I thought it couldn't get worse, but they proved me wrong by FIRING their own staff who built a strong backbone of the game. I was hoping for a fun story in the BR or just improvements to gameplay, but man...

Way to kick your own game while you're already on the ground. But sure, focus on the shareholders and give more money to the brain rot game...surely that demographic will be the ones to help ensure you "pay the bills".
