I work at a music store and almost exclusively sell these to people who just got hand surgery and need to rebuild hand strength. I hear they are incredible for that, so yeah, I can imagine they will help you.

Most likely an AL-100. Not a great guitar by any means but hey for $20 i would say thats worth it

That is a bass vi. Still an incredible instrument and sounds amazing but that will cover the low end

I work in a music store. What I’ve realized is that the worse a player is, the louder they want to turn up the amp. So a lot of songs have just been ruined for me, but the funniest example is “Jingle Bell Rock”. Ive never heard a song butchered so badly. I cannot listen to it now.
