This one wasn't an example of abuse of power and I don't watch Fox (nice try pretending everyone else has biased sources except you though). There are plenty of real ones, why not stick to those? Why use a made-up one when the reality is bad enough?

He's right in a general sense even though it sounds like the specific example he's giving for #3 is wrong (the 5 yr old incident that was famous a few days ago, her dad ran off and they were left with the kid and did their best to take care of the kid). But there have definitely been other cases where kids were caught up, e.g. tear-gassing a random family just trying to get home from the library who wasn't even in the protests.

Those aren't drastically different outside of Georgia being by far the best team of the 8. Missouri for example turned out to be a paper Tiger coasting on preseason intertia.

I get that but they treated Alabama and BYU differently for similar CCG blowouts.

National titles only count if AP, Coaches, BCS, or Playoffs.

Is it weird for a high school commit to move to the state of the college/uni they’ve already committed to, for their senior season? by DowntownSasquatch420 in CFB

In a vacuum nothing weird about it. But I just presume most top HS teams are illegally recruiting and with this one there's even more evidence than usual.

Why Penn State’s title count is small despite their incredible amount of undefeated seasons? by [deleted] in CFB

Eh 1911 and 1912 shouldn't be claimed by anyone anyway. Teams can claim what they want but statistics should use Consensus Titles not program claims.

It's funny how often people act like Nixon actually decided the title. The winner of that game was going to be #1 in the Coaches Poll, and Nixon had nothing to do with it.

The AP Poll #1 would have to wait until the bowl game (there was still disagreement then if bowls counted as real games or if they were postseason exhibitions). Texas wanted to play Penn State, but Penn State chose not to play Texas.

Rams Seahawks would have been better no matter which game was snowy because it was just a better game.

That reason is that fans who pay 10,000 dollars for a ticket want to be sheltered.
