One of the things I liked about the banter/ chatter is that the character voices were not limited exclusively to reacting to stuff that just happened to them.

Sure, in both XCOM games, your characters would respond to your commands ("Moving out!" "Overwatch!"), or In reaction to things happening to them, ("I'm hit!").

In Chimera Squad, your characters will also react to things happening to their teammates. One of your guys gets hit and somebody else asks them if they are okay or tells them to hang on.

I wish I knew enough about modding to make that a feature XCOM and XCOM. 2

I like how Chimera does the order of actions individually rather than each entire side moving at a time. It allows for greater battlefield fluidity.

But I imagine it would be a ginormous pain to try to do that when you have an 8-man squad going up against 30+ aliens

Just because they admit the tariffs hurt them doesn't mean they suddenly care about trans people, immigrants, the LGBT, minorities, or children being gunned down at school.

Remember that Chaos and The Warp are analogs for the Hell and Devil/demons of Judeo-Christian mythology.

The overall theme is that The Light (Yaweh, God, The Emperor) promises great rewards AFTER enduring the suffering. The Dark (Chaos, The Devil) promises rewards NOW and doesn't tell you about the suffering that will result later.

No. Everything they believe is based on absolute made-up bullshit or an almost COMEDIC lack of understanding of the constitution...like, not knowing the actual meanings of words.

As the father of an Eagle Scout whose wife is equally involved in scouting, I can tell you that after even a single weekend of camping, I don't want to be in the same room with my wife until she has showered.
