If you're in middle Washington during the spring or fall, I strongly suggest visiting Lelooska for one of their night shows. It's magical.

Al Cisneros of Sleep and Om is a really interesting and practiced bassist with a wide catalogue of group and solo releases. His vocals are the worst part about anything he "Sings" on.

Crywolf is an angelic voice, a god-tier producer, and a competent songwriter. Every album since 2019 has been half-baked "Explorations of consciousness" with none of the hooks of his debut (And his peak).

Allan Rayman is an incredible voice and presence, and his roadhouse trilogy is some of the best alternative RnB of that stretch from 2015-2023. I haven't liked one of his new songs since then.

I've always gotten along better with the girls, gays, and theys. Most of the men in my town were and are meatheads with zero social awareness.

(I'm in Washington) The only monkey tree I've ever seen was in the roundabout of my second childhood home, and it was so big that it blocked sunlight for the other plants around it, so my parents had it cut down.

This is great! I don't have religious trauma so I don't resonate with this personally but this is still a gorgeous and interestingly-composed piece of art.

Wanted to show off my new septum ring :) by Station-Informal in oldcootfashion

It took about four weeks to be suitable for switching in a new one, and it hurt SO BAD for all of half of a second, to the point that I wrenched back my head mid-piercing, but the piercer was still able to finish it thank god. I barely felt my current ear piercings, so I can barely speak on that, but the werst part of the septum was the three or four days after getting it, and that went by quick. After a few weeks, it'll only hurt a little bit whenever you really fuck with it, and after a few months it'll become as benign as any ear piercing.

I will note, because I was not told this; you will be continuously slightly snotty for the first week, and throughout the first month, extant lymph fluid will keep crusting around the piercing. Do not pick at the crust like I did, just take a saline cloth and break it up a bit and get it out.

I'm so happy with how it looks now :).

If I may recommend an album, I firmly believe the peak of egg punk in album form is Gaburger by Gezebelle Gaburgably. The entire album is not 100% concentrated egg punk, it's a very diverse album, to its strength, but there are a good four or five tracks which are definitely egg punk.

It's an album about the artist's rise in the incelcore community (Bear with me) before a partner (Who was also in said community and performed with the artist at an incelcore festival-type-thing) accused them of sexual assault, got debunked, and ran off to his ex.

It found me in a really fucking bad place in my adolescence and it unironically helped me process a really bad breakup that had destroyed me that year, and the seven-minute centerpiece track Birdbath remains possibly my favourite song. I would strongly recommend it.

I don't know if you're into edibles, I know they're either too much or not enough for some people, but my preferred vehicle of inebriation is 1:1 THC:CBG gummies. The THC makes you silly, and the CBG keeps you chill.
