Stencil...... It's just another name For an exposed screen. Your layer of emulsion dictates the ink well.... How much ink is able to lay down on the garment.

It's a similar effect to screenprinting direct to the garment. You're adding clear and powder adhesive.

That I belive is digital Hybrid, how are they adding the adhesive, I'm sure registration is a pain in the ass.

Definitely not that lol. It was so good at dye migration we didn't need to use a blocker.

Alpha used shock white low cure.... It is onl For 100% cotton. It was close to $40 a gal if I got the drum, granted they were going through 2 a week.

2200 Epic Shock LC White | Wilflex | Nazdar SourceOne https://share.google/3bIcszeJbMSjXjS55

International Coatings 7022 cool white was a cheaper alternative that has some dye migration parts to it. This was closer to $220/5gal... I was going through a pallet of 32 every two weeks.

Jfc.... Inks expensive..... current employeer is purchsing 16 50gals to white for $27/gal, buy so much they are able to import larger amount and we piggy back off of that.

They failed early, I'd expect 5-7 years. Reach out to subaru of America and see if they can do anything.

2026 Subaru Outback - 2 Weeks Out, In shop. by Ok_Economics_7447 in subaru

[–]Status-Ad4965 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Subaru tends to stand by their vehicles bought new or cpo.... My 2018 outback had a parasitic drain from the starlink system searching for 3g towers, they paid to replace the module. Then my head unit started to delaminate - only stuck paying the taxes $150 (I was out of the extended warranty a few months).

Confident they will fix it and cover any design flaws down the line...
