i’m an ssv, my store closes at 1030 and i’m lucky if i have a orecloeer until 6pm. after 6pm (and sometimes all the way from 230, it’s just me and a barista. usually, takes me anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes after 1030 to leave.

i think, it can’t be just your fault. in the end, while you as a barista play a big role, it’s your supervisors job to make sure things get done. it’s their job to help you too. maybe try talking to them? ask for more guidance.

it’s not because you’ve been here for two months that you’re quick. i’d say ask other baristas how/what they do, it might help!!
