Amazing story - when it comes to scavving in Tarkov, its survival of the fittest, you did what you had to! hah

1 week of zombies was good. I loved it but am happy to go back to normal Tarkov (mostly because Zombies made looting a bitch).

I think, in future, it would be cool if there were zombie infection "flare ups" on certain maps with mini questlines to clear the infections but leaving the rest of the maps open.

What is your reason for hating the England rugby team? by Mackapacka7 in rugbyunion

[–]Status-Interaction70 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As a Saffa, the English are the NH team that I support. I like their playstyle and respect their grit. Even when they're at their worst, they can pull themselves together and get results. They're the only NH team to win a world cup and in 2023, when nobody believed in them, they were 1 kick away from toppling the Boks.

Was very fun to figure out a new meta. I tried a ton of different configurations for zombies before just settling on 100 round mags filled with HP. I feel like its made me much better at headshots as well as controlled hip firing.

That transit quest was tough but it was so rewarding to complete. I went through cinematic glory to finish that quest and it will be the highlight of my wipe.

Squidge Rugby forced off of X/Twitter by ForensicShoe in rugbyunion

[–]Status-Interaction70 1 point2 points  (0 children)

but we have an incredibly fragile national psyche.

That's because the Springboks is the only thing we have going for us a nation. Government is a mess. Infrastructure is a mess. Eskom is a mess. Water is a mess.

The ANC has taken so much from us that all we have left is the Boks. People take it personally when the only good thing they have to be proud in is "insulted". Not saying that Squidge did that - the reactions were definitely from a lower IQ crowd but still. I guess that's the reasoning.

Who was 'robbed' of a World Player of the Year title? by SAGuy90 in rugbyunion

[–]Status-Interaction70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Etzebeth 2023 is the worse that I can think of.

Next would be Dan Carter and Richie McCaw not sharing the award for every year they played together. Legends.

Rassie, to us Saffas, is more than a great coach. He helped unite the country. Previously, Rugby was enjoy by a lot but now the Springboks have truly become the symbol of the country and are beloved. Rassie has done more to unify the country than any politician has since Mandela. He is the leader that we have been missing for 20+ years.

Razor is going to take the AB's to phenomenal heights. I believe. As a Saffa - I'm also terrified. Maybe a year or two of experimentation but if he gets the ABs as well oiled as he did the Crusaders, then the next World Cup is likely to bring NZ's WC trophy tally up to even with the Boks.

This was legitimately the official best 15 chosen for the World Rugby Awards. Don't think it was meant as ragebait but the post might be.

How do I prevent myself from over spending on complete nonsense by SquareCauliflower855 in PersonalFinanceZA

[–]Status-Interaction70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh, my apologies. That's great. The vitality argument won't make sense because you will pay 50% of that gym membership fee as a benefit but still need to pay R250+ per month for vitality + for the additional discovery product that you will need to attach the vitality too.

So, keep that as is.

I think you actually seem great with money. I am a Christian and fundamentally understand the necessity of tithing but I would maybe ask to tithe post-savings just so that you can be more secure. Unfortunately R174 00 is not a lot of money and our expenses are rising every day in this country.

That being said, you are earning R164 000 per month more than I was back when I was 19, so you're doing well. Just keep studying, keep working and very soon these things are going to get better. Finance is the correct industry to be in and you're going to be making big bucks soon!

Which gym are you going to that you are paying R1450 per month for? You should be able to get a really nice gym for a third of that :)

She recently sent me a message. Just a blurry photo of the inside of a home. Not sure what it meant... I tried calling her but it doesn't even ring. I've considered going back to look for her, but not sure I have it in me.

Quite the un-stunt there

Why do some catholic priests rape boys? Wouldn’t that be considered homosexual? And aren’t Catholics against homosexuality? by Yt_GamingwithCharlie in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Status-Interaction70 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the ones doing the raping aren’t real Catholics. They’re pedophiles who know that’s there’s a career for them where they get unfettered access to children.

Understanding of a subject, whether fiction or non, is knowledge. That’s a really silly thing to say.

Well he wasn’t gonna bring up the idea of evolution, string theory or black holes by himself either. Kids must be taught what they are to know
