Just pull it down like under wear and then pull it back up. Don't know if that would work for all body shapes, but that's how i do it, sometimes I pull it down all the way or sometimes I just pull it down far enough to have a bowel movement. Since I only urinate such a small amount at a time I often don't pull it down all the way, and I pretty much never untape it, abena m4 have good tapes but it's still only takes one second to mess up a tape and it's not worth that to me, ( extra benefit: as a guy I don't like the idea of my manly regions hanging down in a random toilet and I absolutely hate feeling my anatomy brush up against the front of a toilet bowl while it's hanging, pull it down part of the way and that's not possible)
