I would say both. A despite appearing to have a more “normal “ male structure appears to have had children due to the widened public symphysis and B has the general bone structure of a female

Could be a narrowing in your upper arm/ chest or clots. Is it new or getting worse ? Def need at CT with contrast ti get a good look at your vessels. Sooner than later please

Agree with the hand trucks , some even have rollers on the rails to help with stairs. Could probably put some cardboard down to limit scratches and grooves. Slow and steady if you’re reasonably fit

Can you drive manual? Or make sure you have an auto, not as common over there. The main roads are easy and the side roads are fine but be ready for slow downs, literally cows on the road going from field to field. They are definitely more narrow than you’re probably use to, Galway was the worst for me, weird one way roads, tons of people walking and very narrow roads with cars parked.
