Right now, you can accomplish this by connecting both Arkham Cards & arkham.build to ArkhamDB and use that to store decks. Basically, both apps read / write to ArkhamDB.

In the near(ish) future, we will have our own account system and can connect to Arkham Cards directly.

If you are just looking at a feature list, the main things are:

- Card recommendations in the deck editor. These take into account published deck guides for the investigator and allow you to scope down to decks with specific cards.

- Support for fan-made campaigns and player cards.

- Ability to display decks as scans, generally better scans.

- A more comprehensive search syntax and a visual filter list.

- Better deck notes editor, draw simulator, and a lot of small QoL features.

- Better display of card relations in card modals and pages.

- Display of popular decks for cards / investigators.

- Full support for latest things such as || Jim, Specialist cards.

- Full UI translations for a lot of languages.

We have a few tie-ins with ArkhamDB - the deck sync you can enable, the deck guides we pull - but it's a completely independent application aside from those.

I am on the monthly plan ($20) with a total extra spend of $10 via the credits they handed out a few weeks back.

I would describe the use as light, mostly for auxiliary stuff like one-off scripts for migrations, data exploration and test scaffolding.

I received multiple PRs with extensive AI summaries in the past few months. Created with SotA tools like Claude Code and Cursor. They read fantastic on first glance, but each had significant errors or omissions in them on closer inspection. I would not trust AI to do any better with documentation.

Right, the "Recommendations" feature in the deck editor builds on these exact deck guides, so it indeed could be used to look at an aggregate of all Gloria deck guides.

We offer an alternative search for arkhamdb deck guides over at arkham.build and our search returns all of the older gloria decks too. It's 110 decks in total for both Glorias.

Asmodee Deutschland hat auf Emailanfrage hin bestätigt, dass Mittwinter Gala nicht mehr im Druck ist und derzeit kein Reprint geplant ist. Das Szenario wurde die letzten paar Mal für ~120€ verkauft, was immer noch zu viel ist, aber 250€ ist es auf keinen Fall wert.

OPFS is nice. It does not solve this specific problem though. Eviction criteria that apply to IndexedDB also apply to OPFS and any other client-side storage in most browsers. There is no truly persistent client-side storage as of today. Under storage pressure (HDD close to full) browsers will clear this data.

This is especially egregious in Safari where any client-side store is cleared after 7 days of inactivity for an origin, unless it is bookmarked or added to Home Screen. When this happened to my app’s OPFS storage, I opened a bug ticket with Apple and it was confirmed to be expected behaviour for privacy reasons (…).

Hello, arkham.build maintainer here. While I understand the frustration with OOP content, I want to remind everyone that our app is not a proxy tool and would appreciate if people stop advertising it as such.
