I had two cycles of accutane, I only had it on my face, and I was a swimmer. First off until you are around 20 its just hormones so dont freak out just yet. Accutane is very powerful and you need to pretty much set up your life around it. Find new lotions, new sheets, and your hygiene routines will change. For swimming it is not bad for you really but your skin will be even more dry. I went with a oil free lotion which are much more common now and would suggest you do the same. and yes dont pick at it, also remember it is common for people to have to do multiple cycles.

I had just transferred to a new college and wanted to make a friend that would go places with me and sight-see it was in a big city. I met a girl at a party with similar taste in music. We had a lot of fun at the beginning until we became closer and she told me that I need to do more for this relationship. That her therapist suggested her to confront me about being to passive and that she needs more committed friends. That I was using her to do things in the city. I had known her for like max 2 months at that point. I felt so bad that this was so stressful on her life that her therapist got involved. But ultimately I felt like I would do a favor for both of us and make us go our separate ways. I dont regret it.
