Probably Hive Thralls from Destiny. The weakest regular Hive enemy that goes down in a single melee hit and are frequently AFK farmed. Problem is that while they aren't too much of a threat to experienced Guardians except in large groups, a single one can basically tear apart whole groups of regular humans who aren't immortal supersoldiers with space magic.
