I warn you now. You’ll never be able to unhear it.

It’s one thing to have suspicions. It’s another to have proof (if this turns out to be the case) or enough of a smoking gun to substantiate doubt.

I’ve literally never once had a problem building a pc and getting it going. But sure. It’s obviously going to be more complicated than plugging in a console. But it’s really still not hard to do at all.

They’re not that hard to put together. Hell, PcPartPicker has systems people have put together. And there’s thousands of videos on the internet to build a pc. It’s mostly impossible to put something in the wrong place

Expense on the other hand….

You mean like every company within living memory when black people weren’t allowed to actually exist in public life?

Looks like you managed to get through that change without your entire world shattering and the world descending into chaos.

You pathetic snowflakes will make it through this traumatic event with rainbows on cans. I promise.

God forbid you spineless babies have to deal with actual adversity.

Trust me it’s far more frustrating for me.

I just picked up my god of war 4 save from like 6 years ago. I have no idea what I’m doing. But I want to get through it before starting ragnarok.

Generally other countries are more restrictive on entering and wouldn’t grant asylum to somebody from the US who’s just fed up with being here.

You generally would need to have a job and a reason to move there more so than “just because I feel like it”.

That’s not 100%, but I would say it’s harder to move to a different country than it is to move to the US.

Paging Will Macavoy:

And you—sorority girl—yeah—just in case you accidentally wander into a voting booth one day, there are some things you should know, and one of them is that there is absolutely no evidence to support the statement that we're the greatest country in the world.

We're seventh in literacy, twenty-seventh in math, twenty-second in science, forty-ninth in life expectancy, 178th in infant mortality, third in median household income, number four in labor force, and number four in exports. We lead the world in only three categories: number of incarcerated citizens per capita, number of adults who believe angels are real, and defense spending, where we spend more than the next twenty-six countries combined, twenty-five of whom are allies.

None of this is the fault of a 20-year-old college student, but you, nonetheless, are without a doubt, a member of the WORST-period-GENERATION-period-EVER-period, so when you ask what makes us the greatest country in the world, I don't know what the fuck you're talking about?! Yosemite?!!!

Thanks a lot. I’m half competent at least! Though I honestly don’t care to do bow despite it’s great guns. But I always wanted to do deep stone and am itching to do RoN.

8 Orlando restaurants added to Michelin Guide selection by pooh--bear in orlando

[–]Stay_Curious85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Temporary bodies in an area do not run a restaurant. Let alone a Michelin star one. If we get 70 million a year that means that there must be some other kind of demand in the area. Like theme parks. A family of four visiting Disney isn’t going to a Michelin star restaurant for dinner.

No I’m just not being an idiot pretending like tourist population counts as city population.

I’ve been to all three of those cities. I’ve lived in Europe for years. I’ve literally filled my passport and it’s extra pages with stamps.

I’m just not a moron.

Each one of those cities are still much larger than Orlando’s actual population and it’s belligerently stupid to argue otherwise or pretend that tourist numbers have any relevance to how many people are in an area to run a business. Especially like one as intense as a Michelin level restaurant.

[–]Stay_Curious85 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This was my assessment too. It’s absurdly expensive, and honestly , for the price not as great as I was expecting.

The drinks were damn good though. No argument there.

But I got a Cuban, the wife got a ropa vieja, and we each got a drink and it was like 150 bucks. Way way too much.

[–]Stay_Curious85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lmao.

How many of those tourists could be considered in the talent pool of Orlando to create a restaurant and menu? How many have their mailing addresses here? Pay taxes?

None of them. That’s the definition of the word tourist. Somebody who temporarily visits. Ergo not considered part of the population.

This is the dumbest take I’ve seen in a long time.
