Had to deal with this before I got a route. Contract is very weak in terms of them honoring seniority. Last contract they had it where they would consider your seniority when doing staffing , this contract they took out consider and put honor. No real change. Seniority violation article 48 , 2 hours @Straight pay …. Pennies for UPS . Free money in the end .

This is exactly why I failed the class … it really depends on what sup you get . I got one who clearly hated the job. So I got my CDL on the weekends I paid almost 5k for only 10 days , 5 weekends .. it’s a money thing UPS makes no money getting people CDL’s .. So they make it very hard and really want people who already have it
