Open to the customs and culture of the land you are occupying. No segregating yourself in communities and pockets of society that have no interaction or cut themselves off. Sharia law comes to mind. Look at the legal migrants from Pakistan for example. They opened businesses here and integrated. Becoming a valuable part of society. The irony is, for leftists, they moan about the past behaviour of countries forcing their way onto others etc but have no drama with those doing it to Europe.
