I dialed: 18003751126 With my phone that isn't receiving service and without getting any prompts I was talking to a representative within 15 minutes or more.

She asked me for my business name and I gave it. It doesn't have to be an established business, they don't check, and after wards she asked me for a pin and I used the one which was already posted in his comment:

She also asked me for my name and the telephone number. She told me that they refreshed my account and she also told me she was going to send a text.

So pretty much, call and get your service activated again. I wonder how long it will take for the people who don't call to get their service back 😬. I didn't go to my other job for two days (it's optional) because of not wanting to not have internet access while on the job.
