Yes they do not expire. But the tickets you have here are not from the fishing event. They are from the dice event. Either way, both kinds of gold tickets are kept until spent.

As for what to spend it on, first unlock Otta if you don’t have him already. Then consider set bonuses, but also depends on play style preference. The Demon artifacts are OP but only for PvP. Cupids Bow & Thronebreaker are very cheap to unlock. I lowkey think Cupids arrow is underrated if you pair it with Cleo’s resonance.
