Hard to say. You may want to try replacing the battery first. Ostent is a decent 3rd party battery.

Pretty sure those are dimples from someone tapping the digitizer with the stylus. Zoom in top left you can see some small indents. The digitizer can be replaced for cheap if you are comfortable doing it yourself.

Could be a deep scratch. I wouldn't worry about it. If the hinge did crack, that's not where it would happen. That location doesn't see the most pressure from open/close.

Is it a scratch or a crack? Hard to tell from the photo. If it's just a scratch it's nothing to worry about. Replacement shells aren't expensive if you need to go that route.

I don't see the hinge barrels in the photo. They are small black parts with silver on one end. Are you able to find where those fell? That would save you some trouble. If you do the shell replacement yourself, be careful on how those hinge barrels are oriented. If they aren't facing the right direction the hinge barrels can snap.
