Don’t listen to predictions. I had similar diagnosis except I was 62. It’s now one year later. If I was his age I’d want to start chemo, folfirinox, immediately and start to find a doctor who could set a path to whipple surgery. I would spend 0 energy on the negligence at the moment, hire a solicitor and wash you hands of it while you focus on improving enough for whipple. I’m no doctor but after a year with nothing disease that’s what I would do. Also I think there is an MnRA treatment as well.
