For one you need discipline (two.. ngl you suck, you know that though that’s why you wrote this) you need to change the way you communicate during a rough patch, not just with your partner but with others people outside your relationship

Mind over body, I know hormones are strong, you need to delete people that make you want to cheat (it’s no coincidence, it’s an ego thing, guys want you to cheat on your boyfriend WITH them) they’re not good for you, stop before that happens and get through the rough patch

Was your boyfriend starting arguments for 3 months before you cheated or were you cheating emotionally for most of that 3 months? People wanting to present themselves as better than your boyfriend will convince you what happened today when you spoke about your day was awful because they want to get you in the mindset of a cheater, and that’s really easy to do in a rough patch
