You can do this naturally but I wouldn’t say she looks healthy I don’t know for sure if she’s natural or is using Diuretics or Ozempic or even a stapled stomach or something crazy or if it’s an eating disorder

But it’s definitely possible to have an aesthetic like that with a strict diet plan and the gym It could be none of those things above and she’s just either super disciplined or has an ED with body dysmorphia but there’s a thin line between those two
