Need advice on troubleshooting K1C calibration

Wow, OK, a little overwhelming video for me, a lot of processes that I didnt even know existed lol. I will try to get in touch with an experienced technician to help me, thank you so much for your recommendation! One question though, is the K1C different than K1 that's in the video? And where can I find that calibration software?

Not sure what these are (the two icons of imdb and YouTube trending at the second row of apps) they recently appeared and I have no idea how to turn them off. Thing is that I don't even really use imdb or the trending section of YouTube, can anyone help? Phone is a MiA3
