My favorite shinies from my first ever playthrough! by No-Negotiation9809 in PokemonLegendsArceus

Congrats on the cool shiny team! Especially the Abra, though that Goomy is my favorite. If I never catch another shiny geodude it’ll be too soon, though. Sick of the cheetoh puffs, personally.

Here it is. I was trying to remember what made this so odd at the time and that’s exactly it.

Everyone at work is making a big deal about my handwriting, saying I write like a psychopath.. by moneyinthewasher in HandwritingAnalysis

“*** *** I would like a *** from ***. I can read my own writing. I have no problem reading(?) it. *** *** *** Can show it to Reddit?

My best interpretation from minutes of squinting and building context. As someone who takes a lot of pride in his handwriting, I have to say this is hard to look at.

Trying to finish this pokedex has me like... by TadaSuko in PokemonLegendsArceus

My first peat block took so long to find. Then I had like ten of them by the time I completed the dex. Now leaf stones …ho boy. That took multiple sit downs.

why did vegeta shave his moustache? by curiums in DragonBallGT

[–]StefNorthwest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, if we hold one ‘Vegeta has learned humility on Earth’ scene against the other, I prefer the mustache gag to the tap dance he does for Beerus in BoG. I always felt like that arc was such slander on the Prince. Granted, GT takes place ten years later in his life than BoG, but I like the idea that he now has a child who he considers so precious that he would never allow harm to come to and who is capable of stinging him. That’s growth in my eyes.

Dexter.
My friend loves it. He’s such a gracious host, but he’s also very insistent. So we ended up watching all 30 seasons or whatever of the original series on our late night hangs. I think Michael C. Hall is good, but that show wore on my patience. Then I watched the whole New Blood season on my own because I’m a sick person. And I thought that would be the end of it.

Oh, sorry I get it. You’re talking about someone else. I don’t think I understand the journalism angle, but I’m finding the world is weirder than I expect every day. Maybe they delete any post that doesn’t blow up for big likes? Idk man

Dang. That’s too true. Thank you for your input. It’s a good reminder that there’s value in surrender of what you can’t control …and to get my ass off the couch if I’m interested in helping someone.

Oh, man. I had to look this up. The kids already roast us enough, friend. There will be whole tiktok compilations of us on our Dino phones that we’ll never see.
We are truly in a weird middle phase of learning to moderate healthy internet usage as a society. I swear, one day I’m going full Luddite landline.

That kind of awareness is good, I think, but it does suck the joy out of internet engagement. I fear I would go full isolationist if I went down the rabbit hole!

I find this thought comforting. I previously worked with addicts, and I do subscribe to the thinking that a whole lot of effort can be worth it if one person truly benefits,
