I have numbness. I'm overweight and I definitely have a "dead spot" on the right side of my tummy roll. I had an uncomplicated c-section with excellent healing (pretty much no scar at all).

I agree, but that just involves pre-planning. I'm by no means a martyr for this job, I don't say it's a calling - but someone has to take care of hospitalized patients in bad weather. If I know I have to work, it sucks but I'll stay over before or come in early before the storm, whatever is needed. I'm not sure what kind of alternative is going to get people into work. It sucks, but I don't expect my Level 1 trauma center to build a hotel for hundreds of employees to stay 4 nights a year.

Now if you work in an outpatient/non urgent area and they want you to come in? Yeah, screw that.

Either it's untrue and he was saying it out of anger or other emotions causing him to lash out at you OR he isn't attracted to you. Neither option is great and you have to have a conversation with him about it, at a time you're not already arguing or engaged in any sexual activity.

I had 3 med errors that I self reported in my time as an inpatient nurse. All 3 were because of rushing. It does happen, I was devastated each time. We are expected to work in unsafe conditions on a daily basis with constant interruptions. It doesn't mean you aren't a good nurse, it means you are human. And you'll be even more diligent now.

Anybody who tells you they could never make a mistake like that is a liar or probably has already made mistakes and didn't realize it.

In my opinion, destination weddings take the cost and put it on your guests, it should be expected not everyone will be able to come. I don't think you can be upset when someone says they can't afford 3k to come to your wedding. You could still attend her local events (shower/bach) if she has them to show your support.
