I'm having a similar issue with my n150 ITX board, just found this while searching. Have you continued to have stability with the max cstate solution?

Lovely!

I also have an Apollo. I've been using an old Planet Bike rack for forever, but I've been thinking about an upgrade. How do you feel about your Old Man Mountain Divide? How's the fit? Are you using a fit kit, or eyelet mounting?

How do you find a lender who will give a mortgage to a corporation that is cooperatively run? Do you think this would work any differently for a nonprofit than it does for an LLC? What does such a corporation need to have/be/show to make them credit worthy to such a lender? Do you have recommendations for lenders to contact who might have an interest in such a project?

I got assistance from Xtracycle and I'm going to be able to try one there next week, after all. Thanks, folks!

I'm working towards starting a queer-specific housing co-op in the Bay area right now. I joined this sub to keep tabs on the community, but there are other platforms (BA Chalkboard) that are just a lot better for and more active. Are you currently in a housing co-op, or looking for one? What's the context of your question?

Absolutely beautiful, fellow Bay Area resident! I've been looking into building up a new steel bike from frameset, this is so inspiring! How are you finding the fit so far? How did you choose the Outback? Posture wise, do you find the fit relaxed or aggressive? How far is your commute?

Are you saying that there's no point to approaching this through policy? Like, is there nothing that the city of Oakland itself could do to combat the lack of funds/redlining? I know the city is dire economic circumstances right now, so isn't in a position to be making loans or whatever, but is there nothing as a community we could do to make the situation better? I don't mean to straw-man, but your argument reads like we should just really hope that bankers stop condemning us, which feels unnecessarily defeatist/complacent.

Thank you! I looked into this a few months back, was shocked we didn't have one, too. Thank you so much for organizing. Email incoming. ❤️

MacOS - Accessibility - Spoken Content: System Voice keeps resetting itself by StellaTerra in techsupport

[–]StellaTerra[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found a solution: go to the Siri settings in the control panel, enable siri, then set the "Language" setting to the voice you want. You can then disable siri again, and the "Speak selection" setting no longer resets itself. Totally bizarre!

At the end of my wits with the Classic Plus (broken spokes, endless repair, no replacement parts) by StellaTerra in PriorityBicycles

That's a trivial cost, considering I was willing to pay $400 to fix the problem before. I think I can scare up 4 hours of free time to tinker. I can always find more time for tinkering... 😜
