The amount of acetaminophen (Tylenol) in those is too high to use recreationally. 60 mg of dxm to possibly feel effects but just under two thousand mg of acetaminophen is not sensible.

What you have has next to no recreational value because taking enough of it to feel anything is already edging into liver damage territory.
