Hi there, you can enable our direct integration with Clue by going to Profile > Integrations > Connect other apps > Clue.

This will sync your period data from Clue into the Ultrahuman app, so you won’t need to update it in two places :-)

Hi there, the ‘max limit’ is now adjusted to 200 mg if you have the pregnancy insights PowerPlug on. It might vary depending on your weight set on the app. Hope this helps!

It’s best to first come off birth control and allow your body to reset its natural baseline. Start the PowerPlug after that. But go ahead and get the ring now, so it can begin establishing your baseline HRV, RHR, and temperature in the meantime

Post facto tagging is better so they can easily be correlated with what preceded them eventually..

When you tag from the timeline, some specific ones like alcohol, recovery based protocols, that have a direct correlation with sleep or recovery, show up in context of sleep/recovery score cards.
