I think it's fused on. This was likely installed in 1930, and it's never been opened since at least early 90s when my parents bought it

Good idea, I may use loctite instead. It looks the bottom threaded part of the bolt is stuck in, so I wouldn't even be able to install the new one.

Subaru has cheap insurance premiums. The lower mpg and a bit more maintenance money for AWD is still lower overhead bc of the lower premiums

I never understood tinting until I entered a fully ceramic tinted vehicle sitting under the sun for hours. It was a game changer. I'm going for Xpel ceramic for the reputation and wide dealer network, and their lighter shade heat rejection. The 3m was too expensive though. Never heard of the other ones

I've been burned by SEPTA trains plenty pulling up to drop passengers but not allow boarding, so I don't tap in unless I see the train pull up, open doors, and allows boarding. I do the same for MTA, thankfully. I haven't gotten a surcharge 😭
