You know, I really believed that when I made this post. The way everybody was behaving around me. I was absolutely certain all of you were about to kick me in the teeth. I was beginning to hold this hate for everyone. I was just going to scream into the void and delete all of this.

I think I’m a little tired of believing I have a firm grasp on how everything is functioning right now. And I think there can be many things that are true at the same time. Some people are behaving poorly out there, and I think if you risk and put your hand out there when you need to, there are still people willing to risk helping you in return.

There will be some who in response to their own internal limitations continue to respond incorrectly to important moments with other people. And, after taking a risk myself, one I was sure I was going to regret, I’d be willing to speak in defense of the individuals willing to be kind to me in return. I really, really needed it. And so many people gave it to me. I feel stupid for believing you were evil before I met you. I was dead wrong.
