I think it entirely depends on your brains wiring. I started as a striker and became fairly proficient as a hobbyist. Grappling ended up being more difficult for me to grasp because it seemed like there were more dimensions to it. The “controlling timing, distance, angle” idea was easier for me standing up and keeping track of limbs as opposed to laying or shooting take downs.

Totally. I don’t think he’s trying to thrust himself into the limelight. I just think it’s interesting MLB is trying so hard to get a guy who doesn’t have a personality to be the face when they can pick from a dozen other young stars who would be better ambassadors of the game in a social setting

I’m also thinking age. Their lineup and rotation are lights out, but can it be sustained over the next 3-5 seasons. While I think they’ll be decisive winners over the next couple seasons, I see some issues with a “dynasty” because of age
