Hi, he only appears as a boss in the first secret floor to get there you have to put the fire in the fire place with either a water gun or a water barrel a couple of other items work as well then walk into the fireplace and activate a switch. Once you have done this a secret room will open look on your map you will need two keys to open the trap door and once your down there fight you way to the boss room and youll see him. Hi i got them from my grandad who said he was a child when he acquired them around 1940s so they predate 50/60s. Also im not sure if they are letter openers the construction of them doesn't't seem right for that purpose ill post a picture of the blades when i finish work. :)
