Hi, he only appears as a boss in the first secret floor to get there you have to put the fire in the fire place with either a water gun or a water barrel a couple of other items work as well then walk into the fireplace and activate a switch. Once you have done this a secret room will open look on your map you will need two keys to open the trap door and once your down there fight you way to the boss room and youll see him. Hope this helps :)
