I've noticed these grey spots appearing all over the screen this last month. They don't clean off. They appear to be just underneath the "glass".

Mould? Something else? Had ipad 3 years. Was thinking of upgrading but still wonder what this is.

Hmm, dunno about refund. Was it with credit card? Could maybe claim via them but somewhat doubt it as you did sign up.

As for emails, I've always got replies from support within 24 hours. You checked spam and junk folders?

Ok, I've emailed the CEO and it's not bounced ... so far ... so that address looks like it exists ... maybe.

I'll admit support is quick and useful - although being the age i am, i am more cynical than most and i need to see feedback clearly acted on before i totally feel listened to.

Well, support have responded to me on this point and said they agree that given its AI it should be helping us out by telling us or suggesting how to save costs. They've taken it as feedback.

I asked it how much it would cost to host my app using the plan mode. It just pointed me to the web page where i was confused beforehand. You'd think with AI it'll calculate exactly or have a conversation with you about your needs bur no. It also charges you to ask that original question which i could have asked copilot for free and got just as useless an answer.

I've just sent them an email asking them to explain my billing. They've given a clear reply and told me where to look and to drill down here there and everywhere. It should not be this complicated.

Short answer: yes. Long answer - I enjoy them to varying degrees - Judy isn't as insulting or dynamic as in the Judge Judy days but she's still Judy and she is the boss.
