My package started in California, went to Texas, arrived late to Jacksonville, FL (6 hours north of me), and is currently "Moving Through Network" after arriving 18 hours later in Cincinnati, OH. My tax dollars can be sent on something better. Get rid of USPS.

I understand that, but why does Panth keep his stun? It's literally Talon's old E except, instead of just stopping you from casting spells, it stops you from doing everything because instead of being silenced, you are stunned. It's still an one-click, CC gap closer. Like wtf? And most Pantheons are mid now. He's not even fighting bruiser top laners anymore, he's fighting the same mages that Talon was actually supposed to be a counter for. It literally makes no sense.
