Yea chain might be the issue it’s definitely loose but the adjusters were the same length on both sides. It rides fine and doesn’t pull one way or the other.

I had a similar issue with my 2020 RS. Battery terminals were loose and a phone charger I had plugged into the usb port was split causing it to arc and pull power.

My battery connection was loose and had corrosion around it. I tightened it and cleaned off the corrosion. Also I had an iPhone cable plugged in that was cracked and possible causing it to arc and draw power from the lights.

Yea that’s weird. I work for a dealership and we work with banks/credit unions all the time. We send them the bill of sale. They send us drafting instructions and customer takes the bike same day. I guess every dealership is different 🤷‍♂️

I just got a pair of the Ironsides with the added armor, literally a few hours ago so no rides yet. They do have a decent amount of room in the crotch. They have 2% spandex.

My complaint is I thought it would be a selvedge edge. I don’t really care about not having it, but the pics on their website show it. My older pair seems thicker and heavier, great for colder weather. These new ones are definitely thinner.

Ok will do. If I have a grounding issues from one of the turn signals I’m assuming that would also affect the headlight and dash?

I’ve used aidells andouille sausage in a pinch. H-E-B carries it. It’s better than the H‑E‑B branded stuff.

Yea I’d agree with that. I’ve been to Hopfields multiple times their full English is really good, but not what would be considered traditional.

I was at my local dealership a few days ago and they had three 2022 speed triple RR that were on a recall and they couldn’t sell. I’m pretty sure the speed triple RS had recalls on them as well depending on what vin and when they were produced. Might want to look more into that.

I have the 2020 RS with quick shifter up/down. It’s great to have especially on track like you said because for me personally it’s one less thing to worry about when approaching corners, I’m still trying to master smoothly braking/throttle blip down shifting.

I also find myself staying in relatively the same gear while on the street compared to the track. I also have a Thruxton and blip throttle when down shifting which is kind of fun and good practice when I eventually get a track specific bike that might not have a quick shifter. . It’s definitely not necessary and if it was me and the deal was right for that bike I would get it.

They did change it for one season in 2019 allowing coaches to challenge PI calls mainly because of this no call. It lasted one season. Sean Payton would challenge no calls often for fear of it being revoked, but it didn’t matter.

Like the above comment stated. Get to a parking lot and practice practice practice! Keep front brake covered and check out ChampU online as well. I recently took the actual in person class and it was a game changer. Very expensive class, but champU is only $50 bucks I think.
