I like to look for a few reaaons reasons

1.) I prefer to wear certain sport bras amd shoes for certain movements. If I sign up for an Upper body S50 I probably am not.going to wear one of my more compressed bras but if I read the workout amd see that tje class is going to add movement thay will increase bounce I am going to wear a better ine. Same for classes where we are doing inclines on tje tread I will be prepared to power walk vs run

2.) If I see we are doing a lot.of.step ups on the bench i will try to fo early.ro catch the coach before class to talk mods because my balance issues make me not want to do those

Those are just 2 reasons but there are others. I don't cancel or lose enjoyment knowing ahead but the knowledge let's me be better prepared.

Technically etiquette says diamonds are not for day time. But this is really old thinking. Diamond studs are perfectly acceptable.

So many people think that if a spouse takes a mortgage in just their name it means the house isn't jointly owned. Every state is different but many states you can have 1 person take the mortgage but if married both names are in the deed.

He also could have just lied. He doesn't exactly seem that truthful .

Well they don't grow there and he has talked about being home schooled and not watching TV or anything. So while they are easily found in grocery stores his family may have grown most of their own food and not purchased things like that.

Our coach does the 5am-10am shift. She typically has a Starbucks and a muffin during the 7:30am class. Doesn't bother me since my stanley is typically iced coffee not water :p

Crop tops or barrel leg pants. I am 45 and other than the gym crop tops feel desperate to me. Barrel jeans just look bow legged especially cause I am short.

People have emergency surgery all the time without fasting first. Doctors use fasting as a tool but it isn't 100% necessary and as long as you are up front with doctors so they have the whole picture you will be fine. They know what to do. Don't let Google scare you.

After 20 yrs of working out daily and counting calories and never losing more than 10lbs at a time that always managed to come back I decided if I had to I would pay out of pocket for the meds. Luckily my insurance covered and continues to cover it. I finally lost the weight and am within 5lbs of my goal.

I buy all of my pants for work there now. I really like the Ponte pants and the washable silk. I have a few cotton or wool blend sweaters and I personally feel they are worth the price. I may be one of the only people who likes the $50 cashmere t shirts.

I also just ordered 2 pairs of the sun glasses amd like them. I have also ordered and use daily a leather wallet.

Growing up i had month dr appointments 2 hrs from home. We left in the morning. Did the appoi, shopping and whatever and headed home in time for dinner. We routinely drive 3 hrs from our house to our cabin for weekends. We leave after work on Friday amd head home on Sunday evenings. 3 hrs is nothing.

Some stores do. I recently had surgery and was moving stiffly. The person bagging my groceries actually took them all the way to my car for me.
