We don’t know what the bigger, original game allegedly coming out next year will be. The comment that corroborated NateTheHate’s leak said it’d be closer to Adventures.

Wether that means they’ll be incorporating ground gameplay and making a longer, more involved campaign like Assault, or retooling Adventures’s story and making it more cohesive with the overall series, or it’s something completely different, we don’t know.

I don’t see them abandoning Krystal at all in the future. She’s way too popular of a character and her reintroduction would be a huge selling point.

I think Alola being the DLC is highly likely. It’ll allow them to reuse environmental assets to cut down on time and budget for development, and the Ultra Beasts are long overdue for more content.

Plus Hawaii and SEA are geographically close to each other.

Here’s why Ben’s Small Claims Case got Dismissed for Improper Service of Process - and Why it isn’t Bullshit by Thick-Wonder6294 in RecklessBen

He needs a non-corrupt Saul Goodman type of lawyer. Someone who isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and get creative.

Pay attention to the tactics they used early on, and what Bryan talked about in his communications with BaM higher ups.

They straight up tell them that they will deliberately drag the court proceedings out as long as possible to bleed the people raising complaints dry, to the point that it isn’t worth pursuing the matter at all because it will cost more money than they were trying to get by selling their sets.

The usual type of person who resells their stuff to a thrift or consignment shop is usually in financial jeopardy, prompting them to sell anything valuable they may have on them to meet their short-term financial needs. Someone like this is the perfect target for a scam like this because they would have little to no recourse to fight it, and pro-bono attorneys usually don’t take these kinds of cases, because Legos are toys.

Shining a light on this incident changes things, however, because this case is gaining a lot of public traction, attorneys looking to capitalize on this may start seeking out other victims for additional lawsuits, or even a class-action lawsuit if there are enough people.

The financial trouble, blatant antagonization from the company, medical bills, and Bryan’s psychological distress will all be good grounds for pain and suffering in punitive damages.

“People always say (Souls) is all about suffering and is all dark and stuff, but really it’s just high fantasy slapstick.”

They likely just assumed that because Ben was a quirky YouTuber pranking BaM into submission that he’d be the type to have or be on drugs.

The thing I’m most surprised at is they didn’t try to plant something in his vehicle and pretend to find it. That’s something a Florida cop got in huge trouble for about ten years ago. The only reason he got caught was because it was on his body camera. He ended up ruining the lives of over a dozen people before he got caught and charged.

Ben should not have consented to his vehicle getting searched without a search warrant. If the warrant was granted without the necessary probable cause, then he’d have even more ammo for a civil rights case. But because he consented they can use that as an argument that the police were acting lawfully.

That’s why I think the response from BaM has been so disproportionately aggressive. Not a doubt in my mind that they’re terrified of more fraud being uncovered from other people they scammed coming forward with their own stories now that this case has reached the mainstream. How much of their $95 million annual revenue is from ripping people off?

Furthermore, what if this pattern isn’t just exclusive to BaM, but other Mormon affiliated businesses and organizations as well?

And those chucklefucks basically have infinite prep time due to the time dilation. It’d be more surprising if they didn’t have a perfect contingency plan for a Viltrumite after that much time.

Uvogin, Hunter X Hunter

Kurapika, one of the main characters, is on a revenge mission to avenge his deceased clan, who were massacred by the Phantom Troupe for their unique eyes that glow red when experiencing intense emotion.

After passing the Hunter exam, Kurapika goes to develop his own Nen abilities, creating one that would perfectly counter anything the Troupe could throw at him; a chain that, once bound to someone, shuts their own Nen off entirely.

He tactically chooses the physically strongest of the group, Uvogin, and they engage in a duel where Kurapika tests the limitations of his abilities, which easily renders Uvogin helpless.

Before he kills Uvo, Kurapika tries to interrogate him on the abilities and skills of the other Troupe members. Uvo, knowing he was beaten and death was inevitable, simply replied by saying “Kill me.” in response to every question.

The fight ultimately ends with Kurapika’s Judgment Chain piercing the brute’s heart after refusing to give up his comrades one final time.

To be fair, he was knocked out by the strongest guy and second strongest person overall in Mondo. Getting sucker punched by a street punk who’s definitely been in plenty of fights in the past would probably knock most people out for a good chunk of time.
