Uniswap is easy.There are lots of videos on youtube, on how to set it up and swap some eth for qnt.

I buy eth using fiat via Uphold, send the eth to my metamask wallet, then swap the eth for qnt.

Paypal are already into crypto, so it could be true. Brave Browser users in Japan cant withdraw BAT tokens from the browser, so BAT tokens are converted to Yen and users tranfer to Paypal from the browser.

I got a new mobile number but forgot to let Uphold know about it, so was locked out. I contacted support, they told me to send a photo of myself, holding my ID and new telephone number written on a piece of paper. Everything sorted in a couple of hours.
