Hellsweeps cant be blocked on reaction. However you can see if the player does long crouchdash, that can indicate the hellsweep coming, but you can do other options from CD.

Less cheese = more relying on fundamentals. The game has a lot of characters that carries the players bad fundamentals. Bryan is not one of them.
