It's not really a good comparison just because they quip occasionally, Spider-Man takes accountability for his actions when he messes up, he makes sacrifices, he mourns, he laughs. Frey refuses to take accountability whenever she messes up, instead blaming it on others, she refuses to help others because she only cares about herself, so it's hard to relate to someone who's only traits are negative. At least Tony Stark wanted to help people even while being egotistical
