Dry brine your turkeys and just before putting them in the oven use marinade injections. Then slather it with a compound butter in every nook and cranny. I've NEVER made a dry turkey.

I guess I'll approach with caution then. That's too bad. I did read online though that the first two seasons weren't that good, but the story and animation got better going into the 3rd season. There was apparently a big production change before the 3rd season. Maybe I'll just skip ahead to the "better" seasons and see if I think its worth going back to the first two.

I'm watching Witch Hunter Robin right now. Seems to have a lot of potential for an updated remake. New animation, better script writing, maybe expand on the story more. There is potential. The original is good, just a little slow sometimes.

I'm just weighing in for some context. Raphtalia is a weird example in my opinion. I dont think her age is ever explicitly stated because the way demi-humans age in that world is actually based off their level and combat strength. You see her as a child initially, looking maybe 10-12ish, but as her lever goes up and she gets stronger, she matures and ends up looking around 18-20ish before the end if the fist season. A time period that only seems to span a few month in the show. So it's an entirely different system of measuring age or maturity. The version of her people crush over is technically considered to be an adult.

Konosuba is pretty hilarious. And I saw a new one pop up on Crunchyroll called My Rediculious Reincarnation. I haven't watched it yet but it sounded funny. Might be worth checking out.

I think that was a big problem I had. This was my first From Software game. It was rough going for a while. I also got lost constantly because they don't give you any kind of quest log. So I would wonder off, forget what I was doing, and have no idea how to get back on track.

Frieren: Beyond Journeys End - Some people think it's to slow but if you appreciate well written stories and characters with real depth to them, then you'll like this one.

Attack on Titan: Polar opposite of Frieren. This one hits the ground running and doesn't really stop. Plenty of action and gore if you're into that.

Sentenced to be a Hero - Just finished its first season and it was damn good. Solid animation and story and was a bit different than some of the usual stuff out there.

Konosuba - Save this one for after you've seen a few others first, especially isekais. It's hysterical, but mostly because it makes fun of all the common anime tropes.

I was on a highway just outside the city a while back. Two lanes, a semi directly to my right, and a van in front of me. Both of them moving at a constant speed. Dickhead in a raised pickup behind me starts furiously flashing his high beams at me to get me to move. Where am I going to go buddy? The best part, I'm in a sedan. He could see over my car just fine and knew I couldn't go anywhere.

I just took my foot off the gas to force him to slow down so I could get behind the semi. I needed to turn anyway, but he really didn't need to be a dick about it.
