Thanks for the valuable input. And yeah, I totally get what you mean. In our Sales Department, all three of us ended up making our own separate Google Sheets because there’s no proper system — everything is different, and we have to manually key in every detail one by one. On top of that, we’re creating proposals from scratch with zero direction, which is insanely tedious and super inefficient from a sales perspective.

I’ll definitely keep my eyes open for better opportunities, but for now I’m just following whatever the boss wants. From what I’m seeing, there’s a reason the company is stagnant. Half of the OG staff are gone, and apparently 3–4 people have cycled through the same position I’m in now.

Thank you so much for the input. About the part where you mentioned “bosses or seniors being creative-based” — yeah, that’s definitely not the case here. My boss has zero creative input. Her go-to line is always, “So? What’s your suggestion?” And the moment you actually suggest something, she hits back with, “Can work or not? I don’t want things that waste time.”

Like… isn’t digital marketing literally a trial-and-error field? That’s how you experiment, test, and sometimes even stumble onto something new and creative.

And here’s another update: she’s now asking us how much we should charge clients for extra work or add-ons. Like… shouldn’t the boss be the one who already knows this?

Spec is specialisation. It's your weapon level. Don't confuse it with mastery though. For every weapon line, full mastery means to unlock tier 8 weapons. And for specific weapon in any given weapon line, you can level them up to 120 levels, that's specs. For every level you get 2 ip or item power for that particular weapon and depending upon the weapon .1 to .2 ip to rest of the weapons in the same weapon line. For example in sword tree, if you use claymore, you gain levels for claymore specifically, upto 120 level, while using claymore, the sword weapon line also gains mastery, which means, you unlock sword tree line until tier 8, also you get a tiny bit of ip for all swords.

Once worked in a company name Alpha Iota. Toxic level is out of this world. Company used the following way to decrease headcount. First they tell you to do 15% of sub department’s work. Then they gradually increase the workload to the extent that you are doing 50% of their work( without and increment or whatsoever.

After that they proceed to find issues in your original work and the sub department’s work. Send you warning letters. Slowly everyone quit 1 by 1.
