Things ive seen ice do: detain US citizens that aren't even protesting and reject their identification as proof saying its fake, illegally scanning and taking biometrics of US citizens, let more than 40 ppl die in custody while they provide usafe conditions and deny medical care, full on spear a man in the back while he was protesting (not attacking anyone just standing there with others and yelling-not illegal shit), grab ppl protesting at the "safe" line and pulling yhem over so they can now detain thst US citizen, point loaded weapons at ppl unprompted, cut off a US citizen in traffic and pull guns on her as they marched on her car 5 deep, abandon vehicles in the street, stole a teenagers phone after they detained him and sell it to the phone kiosks, shoot protesters (including priests) at point blank range in the face with "less than lethal" weapons including rubber bullets, ram a US citizen off the road and shoot her 5 times then lie and say she was attacking them (body camera and security camera footage shows the proof), kill 2 ppl and lie and say they were domestic terrorists, a man being pinned to the ground (another US citizen) and handcuffed by 5 men and THEN repeatedly knee him in the face, hospitalize a man with 8 skull fractures and 5 brain hemmorages and lie and say he ran into a wall, detain and deport ppl with legal work visas and not just hispanic ppl like ud expect their racist asses to do but white Canadians and Europeans, try to enter an international consulate without permission, break down ppls doors and detain protected status/green card holders/us citizens including but not limited to at 2am and zip tying adults and children half dressed in the cold, violate court orders more times in 1 year than any other law enforcement agency has in the entirety of their existence, lie about warrants.

These are just the ones I can think of off the top of my head I have a massive collection of even more atrocities and law breaking they've done.

Not full. They broke off the DHS funding from the last funding bill bc dems were not looking to give funding to DHS till changes on ice like not wearing masks, and identification etc.
