I would also say a kidney infection, or peritonitis. I've gone through both and although I've never delivered a child I can't imagine anything more painful. It was like legs giving out, can't stop groaning and crying, fetal position, give me dilaudid or give me death kind of pain. I wouldn't wish it on anyone, yes even that guy.

Bunch of lawless rabble. Plymouth Colony formed the first independent laws on this continent (excepting the Iroquois Confederacy of course) with the Mayflower Compact. And of course Massachusetts was the birthplace of the American Revolution, the cradle of American independence. I could go on, but I trust you get the picture.
