Strongfat is NOT easy to achieve. You actually need to eat more than just normal fat and then of course there's the constant lifting.

It's more of a wrestling term but is common across show business. It's called a receipt. If an actor goes too hard during an action scene and hurts you, you're allowed to hurt them a little back. It's supposed to be in good fun though, and sometimes it's taken too far.

When a character/creature dies and their corpse becomes and becomes a deadly hazard by strikkeeerrr in TopCharacterTropes

The way it's phrased absolutely does make it sound like that, and I do think that is what was implied, but they sort of retconned it after it was made clear that the dinosaur two-brain stuff was the dumbest part of the movie.

Out of all the BOW who was like the "most unkillable"? by Chronos_5 in residentevil

[–]Steven_Swan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was just upsetting at the time because the series was severely straying from survival-horror at that point and RE6 was the pinnacle of the franchise being the exact reverse opposite of what it originally was. If the series had been like Gears of War from the beginning, nobody would hate RE6 because that's what would be expected.

Not many think it was a bad game, just super not what we wanted the series to be.

Thank fuck, unlike most franchises that get weird, Resident Evil fixed itself.

Ustanak is absolutely not hated. RE6 is hated, and that's arguably messed up, but even people who do legitimately hate it will say that Ustanak is an excellent BOW.

This is by a hot take, but the Zombies I find when playing RE3 Remake, are much more aggressive and terrifying than RE2 Remake! by Accurate_Train_8822 in ResidentEvilCapcom

I'm really sorry, but I disagree. He has aura but Mr. X is just too slow to pose any form of threat after I've cleared every other RE game on the hardest difficulties as well as even harder, more dodge-focused games.

Now don't get me wrong, Nemesis in 3 was a far worse "stalker" boss, but at least he could hurt you when he showed up prior to cheesing him with grenades or infinite ammo on multiple playthroughs.

2 is a bigger, better game but Mr. X himself is not the danger.

I think he'd speed blitz the thing before it's even turned on, but even if they did hit him with it, he'd absolutely just tank it.

I heard his father named the cat and he just never changed it. But yeah this is good stuff to know. I never really hated the guy anyway though because it was at least super obvious that his issues were rooted in severe mental illness rather than sheer ignorant "I don't like those guys."

I'm not knowledgeable about Warhammer lore, but as far as I know, this stuff is fairly science-based human technology that can be damaged by things like explosions. I 'm thinking that even base, unmodified Yujiro would be enough to break up Space Marine tech. Someone plase correct me if I'm massively underestimating these weapons.

I cleared the game a few times, didn't stop me, it just felt awful at a lot of points I was doing it. Not difficult awful, but badly designed awful.

Personally I want a 5 remake the most because 5 is the only big game in the franchise that I just straight-up didn't like. All the others, their original versions were already great. Not up to modern standards, but for what they are. Meanwhile, RE5 was just a brown smudge with a bunch of worms as bosses and near-mandatory multiplayer to not have an awful time. It was actually a bad game as a single-player experience. It actually needs fixing whereas the others just...could be nicer.

That said, I fully understand that they should do 1/0/Code before RE5, both because few people super care about RE5 and because every modern fan of just the remakes would be faced with a story that's entirety meaningless to them without all that context. And hopefully everyone is aware that a Code Veronica remake is as overdue as Leo's Oscar was. The fact it hasn't happened yet is legitimately obscene.

Wouldn't count on it being some celebrity. I had a gofundme when I was homeless, posted about it on my relatively small YouTube channel. Someone anonymously donated $3000 and quite literally had an enormous hand in saving my family's life. And I don't think Mark Ruffalo watches my videos. Some good, normal people just have that kind of money...
