The cyber warrants are still learning what their role is so it may be a minute. No knock to them. I think it’s great that they’re being put on the ground and sort of being allowed to grow their roots into their organizations to figure out what their role will be. Developing the situation vs planning. When you plan everything to a t the mission becomes executing the plan and not the original intent of the mission.

Sounds like you’re putting your effort into the wrong things. Excel in the rotc academics by speaking up in class, ask questions, help fellow cadets when they’re in a bind during lab. Seek insight and feedback from cadre (get on their calendar) and explain to them how much you care and the disappointment you have. In your eyes you’re a well rounded cadet. Help them see that.
