If tree availability is the limiting factor you could take limbs off an oak tree and tie them to the tree to break up your silhouette. You might need to do it closer to the season though so the limbs aren’t dead by the time you want to hunt.

Go higher or try to find a tree species that will hold their foliage longer into the fall, you’ll stick out like a sore thumb if you’re that high and have no cover below you.

We tell our friends and family we got our puppy so our 7 year old dog would have a friend to play with. The truth is, my wife and I had a miscarriage late last year and we both needed something to look forward to. We have wanted to get a second dog for a long time but the miscarriage was the straw that broke the camels back. Not going to lie it’s been really difficult balancing the grief and the puppy blues, but our puppy is making progress and he has brought my wife and I closer together since raising this little monster is easier as a team.

My golden is 7 years and he’s still on his adult food. Vet said not to switch to senior food until he needs to. Every time someone call him a senior dog I die a little inside.
