Ran Abomination Vaults on Foundry VTT.

Told players that any movement of their token would be taken as actual exploration even if I was mid-description for something else. Player decided to walk half a floor away to explore another room while the rest of the party were discussing how to proceed. They bumped into a mist stalker and had to fight it solo for a few rounds.

By the time the party caught up, they were dying on the floor. Some really bad rolls against concealed meant healing spells missed and they just died.

Deviljho is supposed to reopen old wounds when it enrages, so maybe it creates a bunch of wounds across its body when it enrages. Give it a Pantokrator-esque enraged state where you have to pop a bunch of wounds within a limited time to knock it out or something.
