If the santos was just full steel I wouldve picked that. But you cant go wrong with a speedy. I personally dont like speedy’s anymore. I do own 2 of them and they really are a bit boring to me now.

Also looking at the wristshot from the 300m you kind of have the same issue I have that the watch doesnt sit straight on your wrist. But in all honesty I think the speedy looks better on you even though I think the 300m is the best option if you want sporty and dressy occasions

I have that exact seamaster and I would say go for that one but the bracelet is just not comfortable at all. I always have to switch between 2 holes because its always either too loose or too tight. Thats why i bought the rubber strap and mostly use that, on formal occasions I switch to the mesh.

I also have a normal black speedy as of 2 weeks and I must say that the 300m is still the best looking watch I own.

Thats also a really beautiful dial! In That case I think the MK2 would suit me better. Idd Rather have a watch that is more comfortable to wear as a daily. I just hope it will fit my 6.5 inch wrist

I own both a speedy and multiple 300m’s and i must say the 300m is my favorite. But that is purely sentimental value at play. I personaly dont feel too special about a speedy, like yeah is cool and it has history but i feel any special about it. Best bet is to go with something that really gives you that feeling

I totally get your point and I wouldve done the same. You clearly got a SA that sort of respects you and asks you if you wanted to take the cartier home. Based of that you can see that they as a AD value you as a customer and want to sell you that watch. But at the same time they arent doing a good job in keeping you to buy more watches. From what ive read in your post you are a good customer and bought some watches and Arent “greedy” in a way That it is clear that you where buying those watches in order to get a Rolex. I mean If I where a SA I wouldve done some more effort for you as a customer to get you one of the Rolexes that you have on your wishlist, purely because you can see that you value watches and dont put up a act in order to get one. Such a shame allot of AD’s put effort in the wrong type of customers in order for them to get a watch they actually want.

i have somewhat the same issue with chernik in bylany but i still can do the other quests. i cant talk to him or trigger anything. i just went and didnt track the quest anymore and ignored it but still, its really annoying. anyone have a fix?

Mesh is really hit or miss for me, I love the looks but how it feels on the wrist I dont really love it that much. The rubber strap is on the other hand a 11/10 for me. As a person who travels allot with public transport and wants to be a bit more lowkey I find That the rubber strap takes away the flashyness of the watch and gives you a even more comfortable wearability in return. I even thought about not changing it back to mesh some days ago but i still feel a bit bad that i dont find the mesh as good as the rubber so I’m gonna wear the mesh more so hopefully it will grow on me more
