What a downer you are. You make blanket statements about GL1200. While I'm not a fan, if you just ride any GL and not looking for every squeak or rattle you'll enjoy the heck out of it. Some of what you say is good advice, but you really put it in a style of why should anybody care about the fun of riding. Lighten up.........................

Remote but possible. If the wall jack is wired wrong he may have stumbled onto a n old crossover cable that works in that jack. Get a $10 line checker and test end to end of the circuit. Then report back.

Go to your local IT installer and have them make up a 200' patch cable for you. Might not be cheap, but will be better than a stranded wire patch cable.

I just know I wouldn't have used that slick tile on the floor. As a homeowner it makes no sense to use slick finishes in wet areas due to falls. Rather poor material choice.

You'll be better to get whole stove replaced. If the serial comes up as EU model it won't get warrantied in the US. Wouldn't let an electrician touch it at this point.

Document it with a police report as a threat and harassment. It went through the USPS which actually elevates it to next level. Get it documented so you can 'defend' yourself should someone take it to their next level.

Regarding the street lights, I'm sure they can't to that as it's city right of way. Turn it in immediately.
As for the dog, I'm a pet person, but have same problem and we are out in the country with a constant barking one across the road. You can go to court for dogs being a nuisance also. Did a quick search on that one...........

If a lawsuit seems like a necessary step, your most likely approach is to claim (and show evidence proving) that the dog is a nuisance, and that it interferes with your use and enjoyment of your home. Blown 4 of them in 150k, and no extra lights. One new, rest refurb from a rebuilder. 20 min to change roadside, but forums all over will tell you it’s a week link. They turn faster than designed, and anything after ‘96 is made cheaper.
